§ 154.79. Order without notice.

  • Whenever the City Code Official finds that an emergency exists which requires immediate action to protect the public health or safety, he may without notice or hearing issue an order reciting the existence of such an emergency and requiring that action be taken as he may deem necessary to meet the emergency. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Chapter, such order shall direct the owner and operation of a recreational vehicular park to comply therewith immediately, but upon written petition to the City Code Official the owner of said park shall be afforded a hearing as soon as possible. The provisions of § 154.77(B) of this Chapter shall be applicable to such hearing and the order issued thereafter.
