§ 150.78. Spacing of billboards.

Billboards may not be erected along State Highway 6, FM 519, or FM 2004 closer than 1,000 feet apart on the same side of the roadway, nor closer than 50 feet to any intersecting street right-of-way, measured from the furthermost protruding point on the billboard to the nearest street right-of-way.
