Article I. GENERAL PROVISIONS |
§ 150.01. Set-back requirements for residences.
(A)
No exterior wall, porch or projection of a residence building or building accessory thereto shall be constructed in the city, nearer to the property lines of the building area (whether one or more lots in a subdivision) than the distances hereinafter stated:
(1)
Distance to front property line, excluding any dedicated sidewalk space, 25 feet.
(2)
Distance to a property line on the side of the building where such line is also a street line, five feet.
(3)
Distance to an interior property line, three feet.
(4)
Distance to a rear property line, five feet.
(B)
The word "projection," as used herein, shall not apply to eaves, gutters or open carports.
