§ 120.28. Issuance.

The city secretary or her designee shall issue a permit to engage in the wrecker business to all applicants complying with the provisions of this chapter and shall issue a permit for all wreckers of such applicants so complying and which wreckers meet the requirements of this chapter. Only one permit authorizing a person to engage in the wrecker business may be issued to any one individual firm or company.
