§ 111.03. Publication of notice of application and public hearing.

The City Secretary shall cause to be published one time in the next following issue
of the official publication of the city after the date of an application for a permit
required by the provisions of this subchapter, a notice that such application has
been made and calling a public hearing of all parties interested in the subject matter
of the application, setting out in such publication the name of the applicant, the
general location of the proposed pit, and setting a time and place for such public
hearing before the City Commission, and in addition, the applicant shall publish at
his expense a display ad at least two by three column inches ten point minute type
in the official newspapers of the city giving notice of the application and public
hearing.
