§ 51.55. License required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use the city sewer mains or lines for the disposal of the contents of septic tanks, unless he has a license so to do. Such a license shall be issued by the City Secretary to a person who is engaged in the business of cleaning septic tanks and who files an application giving his name, address and telephone number, and pays a fee of $25.00. Such license shall acknowledge payment of such fee and authorize the holder thereof to make use of the sewer system, subject to the provisions of this subchapter.
