§ 91.75. Emergency medical service.

The mayor shall promulgate rules and regulations governing emergency medical services and transportation of patients to assure the proper administration of this article. The rules and regulations shall include provisions for hearings on actions of suspension, revocation and denial under § 91.74, due notice thereof to interested persons and adequate opportunity to due process.

The fire chief shall be responsible for continuing study of and seeking recommendations concerning the emergency medical service in the city.
