§ 91.74. Revocation, suspension and denial.

  • In the event a permittee shall violate or not meet any term or provision of this article, the permit officer shall be authorized pursuant to a predetermination hearing to revoke, or cause suspension of a permit for a period not to exceed 30 days. The permit officer shall cause to be transcribed a letter of revocation, suspension and denial, whichever shall be the case, a copy of which shall be delivered by registered mail to the offending permitted, and an additional copy of which shall be sent to the mayor. The mayor shall have final authority to revoke, suspend or deny the permit.
