§ 91.58. Severability.

The terms and provisions of this subchapter are severable. In the event that any section, part of provision of this subchapter is declared unconstitutional or invalid, then it is expressly provided, and it is the intention of the City Council in passing this subchapter, that all other parts of this subchapter shall not be affected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect.
