§ 32.46. Composition; term; qualifications.

The Board shall consist of no more than seven members appointed by the City Commission who shall serve for a term of two years and until the successors are duly appointed and qualified. The members of the Board shall serve without compensation. The members of the Cemetery Board shall qualify by taking the oath of office. The members shall be residents and qualified voters of the city, and shall be persons deemed qualified by virtue of experience and knowledge to perform the duties of members of the Board.
