§ 6. Absence of Municipal Judge.

The City Commission shall be authorized to appoint one or more qualified persons to serve as Alternate Municipal Judge, who shall act in the place and stead of the Municipal Judge when so requested by the City Commission. An alternate municipal judge shall act in the place and stead of the municipal judge upon request and shall receive the compensation therefore as fixed by the City Commission.
