§ 9. Absentee Voting.

Absentee voting shall be governed by the election laws of the State of Texas insofar as applicable and where any detail prescribed by the State law is not applicable, absentee voting shall be governed by such ordinance or ordinances as may be passed by the City Commission for controlling the same.
